My husband and I inquired about a musical artist we had seen perform locally. We wanted to hire them for a corporate event for his consulting firm.\r

The agent was short and downright rude, and directly lied to us about the availability of the band. After inquiring with our event planner, we learned that is not an common practicethere: to tell us one band is unavailable so that they can book their own! So we called back requesting a different band just to check - and YES, the same result. Then we inquired about a third band, from whom we had already received a price through an agent, and the resource entertainment group price was nearly DOUBLE that price!\r

Needless to say, we did not, and would not EVER use or recommend resource entertainment group in Memphis TN to anyone. We went with another local agent and were thoroughly pleased.\r

I would have given them ZERO stars as a rating but the screen made me select at least one.
Cons: Untruthful representation and ridiculous price.
