Highly recommended! I broke down in front of their business and was treated like a long standing customer. Prices were fair and the service was unbeatable. I was contacted by the Butner Car Service staff and given updates on progress as well as projected completion time. This allowed me to make necessary arrangements without feeling neglected and forgotten. Unfortunately for them I broke down with garbage in the back of my truck, which was overdue to be dumped. When I picked up my vehicle I discovered that the garbage was disposed of by the Butner Car Service. This small town business surpasses any of the big town businesses that I have delt with. Four days after I picked up my vehicle, I recieved a follow up call from Butner Car Service asking if I was completely satisfied with my vehicle repair. I can't think of the last time anyone has done that!
Pros: excellent service and staff
Cons: not open on weekends
