My husband and I walked in to the Honda of Tenafly dealership on Saturday afternoon with no intention of buying that day since we had just started our search for a new car. This was our second stop. We had never purchased a new car before -- ours were always used and bought privately with cash.
Herbie was terrific -- friendly, professional and not pushy.
I wound up falling in love withe the Honda Element and after a test drive, we purchased a 2010 demo model off the showroom floor.
Herbie made the whole transaction understandable and doable. We were thrilled to be able to drive our new car home two days later. He dealt with the department of motor vehicles, our insurance company and the financing.
It was a pleasure and we would recommend him to anyone without reservations.
