Review content:
The only good thing I can say about this place is the unit and grounds are very nice, however......The first problem began almost instantly. One of the features that drew me to the place was that it is gated. But the gates were open almost all the time 24/7. They were always breaking, therefore just remained open. Then a few months into my lease, the toilet in the mater bath broke. I work nights and when the work order was put in the computer, the office staff put on there to come after 5pm because I would be asleep. I awoke around 2pm to my locked bedroom door trying to be opened. I thought it was my boyfriend and came out of the bedroom undressed only to find the maintence man in my living room!!!! I told managment and nothing was done about it. When the man was confronted he said he thought it would be ok to come in because he assumed my boyfriend would be there. I then told managment that I would be out of town for 2 days and he could fix it then. Guess what? It never got fixed. Then about 10 months into my lease a new tenant moved in above me. This tenant who proceeded to make everyday of her 3 month lease a daily horror for me. Early on, I complained twice. It only caused the tenant to retaliate on me. She stomped on the floor and slammed doors over my bedroom on purpose but denied it to managment, but complained every time I did it to her. There only suggestion for me was that she was a short term renter so I wouldn't have to put up with it for long :( One day, I had to work that night so I was trying to sleep that day. For 3 1/2 hours the slammed the bedroom doors over and over. I didn't call managment because they couldn't help me in the past and I was just trying to get at least an hour or two's rest. The situation came to a head and they ended up terminating MY LEASE when they had never had a problem with me until that psycho moved in. It's been the worst experience of my life!!! Let me add, the previous tenants in her spot never and a problem with me nor I with them. I paid way to much in rent to have put up with the things I had to endure.
