I have joined many gyms and the same thing happens, so many people when I go to work out that my work out is not enjoyable and most of the time, my money is wasted. This gym is totally different. You can go in, work out and not feel the least bit self conscious; I will recommend this gym as one of the best and most affordable; it is extremely clean and the owner(s) are extremely knowledgeable, another plus for the gym. If you are serious about your work outs, but haven't found a place that is just right right for you, or you are hesitant because you have had the experiences just as I with other gyms, go in and talk with someone there. You will see for yourself, one of the best gyms in Charlotte. I think you will be extremely happy with the outcome.
