First of all, their number is 617-236-0707. I memorized it because I had to call SO many times to ask about my products that I consigned with them. At first, they told me that the check was sent out that morning, then next week, they told me that it will be sent out that Saturday. Every week I have called them, they have some excuse on why they can't give me my money. Due to suspensions, I was researching on Annabelle Jones and found out that the owner of the store (he owns both the one in cape and in Boston) had to shut down a previous store and kept everyone's money. He is known to screw everyone SO do not go there! The employees suck.. they don't know what they are talking about and I will NEVER ever consign with them again. the BIGGEST mistake ever.
