If I could give them negative stars I would. I brought a diamond ring, several coach bags and a floor length cashmere Burberry coat here. They told me they wouldn't put anything on the floor until we had agreed on the price. I kept checking back and the store would be closed for weeks at time, not answering their calls. They kept changing their minds, saying they hadn't put anything out, then they had but couldn't tell me what had sold, then everything sold all of a sudden. They originally told me they would price my coat at $800 because it was originally $2000, but the owner sold it for $100!!! When I got upset and asked him why he hadn't sold it for what we had agreed on, he only said, ""Oh, I don't know how that happened."" They are horrible people there, they will steal your stuff and not give you any money. They don't keep accurate receipts, and I wouldn't be surprised if he hadn't sold any of my stuff and was just making up a number. Don't bring your things here under any circumstances. I'm in the process of taking him to small claims court right now.
