Golden Scissors is under new ownership and her name is Avis Hall. She gives great haircuts and is a great colorist. The atmosphere has changed from what it was. The shop has a whole new look. If you want a great haircut come in and see them at Golden Scissors. I would ask for Avis, she's the best!
