DO NOT waste your time or money!!! My first visit to 20/20 eyecare the doctor was over an hour and half late getting to the office. I had worn glasses that are over eight years old. I stopped buying glasses and only bought contacts, which is why they were so old. I thought it would have been more difficult to perform the eye exam with contacts in. Instead of giving me a proper eye exam, they pulled the prescription from my glasses. He strenghtened the prescription slightly from -3.25 in the right eye to -3.50, and -.3.75 in the left, and then sent me home with a trial pair of contacts at that strength and told me to come back the next week to see how they did. Well they were horrible, especially when you consider that the last pair of contacts I wore were -4.25 in the right and -4.50 in the left. When I went back that next week he was completely confused why I couldn't see. And, instead of performing a correct exam, he stuck me in a different brand of contacts with the same perscription and made an appointment to come back a third week in a row. I still have not receive an accurate exam and they refuse to refund my money. If you care about your vision, you'll go elsewhere. SVS Vision off of Eastern Blvd. in Clarksville, IN is far better.
Pros: You can choose to go elsewhere.
Cons: Extremely poor service, no guarantees and no refunds.
