This is an excellent company! The estimator, Kenny Mantooth, was very nice, did not mind explaininng things to me, and did not treat me like a dense female. He is open, honest, and VERY helpful. He explained the different types of roofing materials, cost difference, and did not try to change my opinion of what I wanted. He dealt with the insurance and all, took the worries away. Then the crew showed up to do the job as scheduled. ON TIME!!!! They are an extremely polite, yet businesslike, group of young men. Very efficient in their jobs. I stayed outside and watched them operate like an extremely well oiled machine. The roof is BEAUTIFUL. I still can not believe their efficiency. They kept the mess during the job to a minimum, and cleaned up afterwards extremely well. No need to worry about new tires!!! Extra bonus there if you ask me. I am more than willing to give anyone a personal statement about my experience with this company, Just call and Kenny can give you my cell number. I'll even tell you where you can see the new roof. Can you tell I'm proud of it? Thanks Guys!!!
Pros: helpful, polite, efficient, professional. EXCELLENT COMPANY!! More expensive, but well worth it.
Cons: wish i hadn't wasted my time with other companies getting bids!!!
