Review content:
Arcadia makes arrangements that are aesthetically pleasing, however their management and staff consist of rude, arrogant, condescending people that I would never do business with again. They overcharge and do not follow through with what is promised to the client. Although my arrangements turned out OK, I would have rathered not had flowers at all than deal with these awful people. DO NOT use them.
