Greatest hidden treasure for fine dinning in downtown Las Vegas! I wouldnt miss a trip to Hugo's Cellar for all the free money in Vegas. I've been going to Hugo's for the last 11 yrs on every trip to Vegas. Its 5 Star for any occasion!!!!
