Review content:
My overall experience with RPM was good. I appreciated that Chris and Ian from Progressive were able to work with RPM on my behalf when I was unable to pick my car on the Friday that it was ready. Because of that, I was able to overlook the slight inconvenience that it caused me when I had to return my vehicle because my back door would not open with the key remote. I was also very grateful that it was something minor such as flipping a switch in my vehicle to get it back working.
