I took my Dyson vacuum cleaner into des moines vacuum on the southside after finding out that most of the vac stores in dsm dont service dyson, for a new belt and cord. i told the owner Bob that i had family coming in town and that i needed my dyson back within a few days if poss. the following afternoon i received a call from Bob sayin that my dyson was done and ready to go. outstanding! not only did they fix it fast and cheap, but they cleaned it also for free and it looked like new. was so impressed with this store that the following day i purchased a carpet steamer from them. thanks guys, hats off
