This church is amazing. You are greeted by smiling faces and joyful attitudes. I've been a member for two years. When I first came, people were so glad to see me and I felt so welcomed....I can honestly say it is still that way. The church and sanctuary are just beautiful. There is an incredible spirit of worship during the service and the anointing of God is upon it. There is so much worship of Jesus everytime we come together. Visitors are never pushed or forced to worship or give though and can remain as anoynomous as they want. Pastor Dean and his wife Gina Dean are an anointed, truth preaching couple that have pastored the The Pentecostals for twenty years. Pastor Dean preaches with passion and clarity and speaks what God wants him to. He never backs down from the truth. We believe in Acts 2:38 ""Repent and be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and you will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost"" I know from experience that being born again of the water and Spirit (John 3:5) is real and is the greatest thing one could ever do. Jesus delivered me from methampetamine and cigarettes. I'm so glad my pastor preaches this life changing truth. My pastor and his wife live this out. We have an incredible Assistant Pastor (Shannon Stanley) and his wife Charidy and they too are so passionate about God and living for Him everyday. Many times, the Holy Ghost will just move in the service so strongly that people will receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost, deliverance, healing, etc... God is moving at the Pentecostals! Also, an apostolic church is one that lives and walks as close to the teachings and lifestyle as the apostles did and the first church in the book of Acts and The Pentecostals of Bossier City do just that!
