They definitely know what they are doing! I went in a month before my brother's wedding to get a bridesmaid's dress taken out. Before it was finished, they called to let me know that because the dress had piping around the waistband, they wanted to check with me about the next move. They could either create new piping (which would add $70) or finish the dress without adding piping and still make it look good. I picked the second option.
I was nervous when I went to go pick it up-- but the finished it on time--even after they contacted me to double-check.
When I get my wedding dress altered, I will definitely bring it to them.
