This workplace is the kind of local shop that you would want to go to and trust. It isn't one of those big companies that wouldn't even bother to get back to your calls (like I have painfully experienced many times before, it is quite annoying). The repair was timely and the head technician came over the same exact day to check the television out. He gave me an estimate on the repair and walked through the process side by side with me. In all honesty, I didn't have the slightest clue where to start when looking for tv repair. I didn't know what to look for, what deals to settle for, or even where to go. My technician Yuri guided me through it, and they even gave me a half year warranty! The longest warranty I've seen from other 'bigger' companies would last no longer than a few months. I was about ready to go out and buy a new television, which would be direly expensive, but God blessed me to come across 'Fix N' Save' and get the repair done without hassle. Compared to the other selfish companies, Fix N' Save really does seem like a blessing.\r
