Review content:
When trying to resolve a discrepancy with this company over a bill that I had already paid and asking that they simply send me an itemized statement, they refused. Offered to drive over and pick up a copy of whatever they had and they refused. Only interested in providing verbal info over the phone and rudely at that. They are not so interested in resolving issues: only negatively impacting your credit score. Bad example for the industry. Too bad there is no selection for negative stars!
