I saw the bad review posted by LouiseMcLaughlin below when I was checking for Pets on a Cloud's phone number online and asked Joanne (the owner) about it today when I picked-up my dogs.\r
I don't know if this person really exists, but I find it hard to believe that they would do anything to distress an animal or give an animal back that was unfinished! While I don't have a cat, I have always found Joanne and the rest of the staff to have the highest standards in grooming and animal care .... Jo, I hope you read this and try and have the bad review removed (as you said) it doesn't make sense and looks like a rival groomer having a shot at you. Keep up the good work!
