I recently made a major purchase at By Design. Of course like most people I shopped around with other stores. I got quotes from all the stores I visited and By Design had the best value. All the salespeople I spoke with at By Design were very helpful and friendly without being too pushy. I had arranged my order to be delivered. Their customer service department was very thorough. They called to confirm my delivery and the day I setup I was actually going out of town so I rescheduled with no hassles. It was a great experience.
