Review content:
Nice doing business face-to-face with the person who provides such a great service. Rich picked up my computer from my home after telling me over the phone what it would cost to get my computer rolling again. He spelled out clearly for me what the possible causes of my computer crashing were and what it would cost to remedy each of those problems.\r

I appreciated that he was not offended or pushy when I told him that I might have a friend do the dirty work of reinstalling Windows, if necessary, after Rich diagnosed the problem, so I could save money. Rich's work, while less expensive than some other similar businesses, is not free and the hours can add up. \r

My only complaint is that Rich did not always call me back when he said he would when he had my computer and was diagnosing the problem. But he did find and fix the computer in a very short time.\r
Through it all, I always felt that he was being fair,honest and knowledgeable. Now you can't say that about all the other computer repair services out there!
Pros: Nice guy. Knows what he's doing. Not pushy
Cons: Not the most punctual at calling me back
