Where do I begin - the shades took much longer than they were supposed to, they took my money and I never got anything for 2 months, then they called and made an installation time and were 1.5 hours late, no apology. Then the shades were wrong, sales gal said I was wrong, I had to show her the contract to prove I was correct. She never even apologized. I got about 8 windows done and only 3 fit properly and have working pulls. They have returned to fix things and never do, always late, it has been a very, VERY bad experience.
Pros: Nice selection of fabric
Cons: Shades were incorrect, don't fit, over 50% of pulls broken
