srdone crafts a compelling tale but his story is like a pancake - no matter how thin it's poured, it always has two sides. I don't know if companies can respond to reviews but it would be interesting to get the whole story. I say this because I know the owner / know his work and would call on him again - and just did, yesterday. I work in commercial real estate and facilities, and have seen him work in a commercial context and have had him do three jobs at my own residence. Incompetent. Well I'm no trained electrician but I say doubtful. Dishonest? I'd need more proof than this story but my money is on ""highly unlikely"". Too many unanswered questions in srdone's missive to render a verdict of incompetent or dishonest.
