I have had several shopping experiences with AVS over the past 2 years. In that time I have purchased a Krell preamp and a set of Wilson speakers which I then upgraded with a new Krell preamp and another set of Wilson speakers ~2 years later. During that time I also purchased an inside and outside music server distribution system and several sets of in-ceiling speakers from Speaker Craft and B&W which AVS installed for me. The excellent, patient and knowledgeable advice I received when selecting my purchases I have never seen equalled. The installers were professional, polite and clean and did an excellent job. The post installation and delivery support has also been excellent. I will definitely be returning to AVS for my future A-V needs and will be consulting them when I design our new home in a few years. Dave Liu and George Liu are true experts and professionals. Thank you.
