We are new to the area and have not established a relationship with a vet yet when my dog broke out in horrible hot spots. She has skin allergies and gets them sometimes. This was the worst case she has ever had and they appeared seemingly overnight. So that morning I woke up and called all the vets in the Seffner area. This was the only office that had someone answer the phone and they picked up at 7:30 am!!! They fit me in for 9:30 am that same day. I read the reviews and was a little scared by some of them. But, I needed to get her some relief so I decided it was better than waiting a day or so to get an appointment with another vet. I will agree with some of the reviews stating that the building is old and has some wear and tear. But, the vet was wonderful and very attentive. She gave my dog all the care she needed and she is healing wonderfully. The staff were very nice to me and made 100% sure I knew exactly how to give the medicine that was prescribed. The staff were also all adults. They gave my dog a lot of attention and I was very happy with the experience. I will go back again. The visits was also very affordable. I have 4 dogs a cat and 2 horses so if I can find a place that offers good care at affordable prices, I am happy and I can overlook the age of the building.
