overall I did not have a great experience with my first dealership purchase. sideways math to make my trade in value look higher than it was, hours of negotiating trade in value of my very nice car (offered 2k and were selling it for almost 8k!) giving me the wrong owner manual (twice), making promises for things that were not kept, not getting everything at one time (had to make the 30 min drive 2 times AFTER the purchase to pick things up!) and then to top it off, waiting for them to send a fax to the DMV (they went to lunch before sending it even though I told them I was waiting there).. made what seemed like a great experience at first take a quick down-hill turn. :( love my car.. but didn't love jumping through hoops and the customer service issues and shady sales practices.
