""TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered food bibs (not even custom printed) on June 29 for a July 7 party. I placed my order over the phone and the gentleman I spoke to told me I would have them at my house by July 7, no problem. I still have not received them. I called today to find out where they were, had no intention of returning them just wanted to find out what they could do to help the situation, the person I spoke to told me I was an irresponsible customer for not calling BEFORE my party to see where they were. (Why would I call before? I was told they'd be in my mailbox by the day-of...so I was still waiting until 4 pm that day when my mail came before I realized they weren't coming). He said he could do absolutely nothing to help me and then hung up on me when I was shocked to hear him tell me I needed to take more responsibility as a customer. I was simply supporting a local business by placing an order for a party and I get treated in one of the worst ways I have ever been treated as a paying customer. I will never order from here again and neither should anyone else.""
