DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was ordering some personalized pencils for my wedding and it took forever to get a tracking number. I tried calling and nobody ever answered the phones, so I sent an e-mail. Days later, I finally got a tracking number, but by that point, it was too late! I wasn't going to get the pencils in time for the wedding. I was expecting my pencils on Monday, and instead I'm getting them on Friday. I called again to try to cancel the order (since I could see from the tracking number that they had not even shipped it yet, they had only printed the shipping label) and the woman said, verbatim, ""I'm sure someone can get them to you in time"" and hung up on me. Of course, I tried to call back to speak to her supervisor, but nobody answered! I kept getting a recorded ""we're sorry we missed your call"" response. I tried again the next day, finally got a supervisor. Although the woman I spoke to the day before was rude, she had nothing on this guy! He was immediately rude to me and actually started to yell at me on the phone calling me ""belligerant"" and so on. I couldn't believe it! He made the mistake of mentioning that they knew I called a number of times after I spoke to the woman the day before, so I'm pretty sure they were blocking my number. I finally snapped and reminded him that I am the customer and he, as a sales rep, should never speak to a customer this way (and yes, I've worked retail and customer service) and he just called me some more names and hung up! \r
In conclusion: DO NOT USE SANDSCRIPTS!! Terrible horrible service, amazingly rude people, and very slow processing.
