This is what happpened: We called Orange Cab for a Van cab for ;6 passenger, a van came capable of holding 8 passengers. This can driver claimed only being able to hold 4 people, then the cab drove off. We then called another company that was willing to go above and beyond to help our group. I will never call Orange Cab again. This was unacceptable for a customer service company. A driver that is working for tips should never turn down a group willing to compensate when they can easily accommodate the group, this is unacceptable and will not stand in my book. If an 8 passenger cab shows up at my location and says he can only carry 4 people I will not allow this. If a company is not willing to accommodate a group that calls ahead (especially when it is clear they can accommodate).The Cab Driver was completely RUDE to us and was unacceptable for the to ignore and be rude, Orange Cab Drivers are not willing to help out the customers that call ahead, if you call this company they will NOT help you. this company is unhelpful and unwilling to help out a paying customer.NEVER EVER CALL ORANGE CAB , They are the most unwilling and unhelpful company, they have no sense of customer service and I will never call them again.
