Review content:
When I was shopping for tires, I was between Kauffman Tires and Bob McDonald Goodyear; boy did I make a mistake. I purchased the set of tires at Goodyear and also purchased road hazzard on the tires. Over the course of owning the tires, I have had nails in a tire on 3 different occassions. Each time, and the last time was today, I went into the store to have my tire repaired. Everytime, I was informed that I would have to wait anywhere from 2 hours to 3 1/2 hours. To have my tire repaired! Today, I went to the store twice, the first time I was told a 2 hour wait; the second time I went to the store, I was told they could not get to me. What did I do? I called Kauffman Tires (again, as I did the two prior times) and they were more than happy to repair my tire. \r
What Goodyear does not realize, I purchase tires about every 10 months because I drive a lot of miles. My next purchase will absolutely be from Kauffman Tires. \r
Bob McDonald Goodyear was very helpful and accommodating when I was spending $900 but when I came back to have repairs; they were too busy. \r
In the future, I will do business with someone that stands behind the warranty they sell.
Pros: Convenient Location
Cons: Not interested in customers' schedule, Inconvenient when it comes to emergency service
