Review content:
they illegally towed my car and called it in to the wrong police department. i thought my car was stolen so naturally i called my insurance company, progressive. they couldnt even locate my car so they cut me a check for a new car. turns out l and j auto had my car the whole time. two weeks later, and 900 dollars later in impounding and rental car fees, they contact me and tell me they have my car. they wouldnt admit to the mistake so naturally i called the dept. who handles poor business practices and my lawyer.
Pros: not very busy
