A note to people looking to ship internationally: this location is listed on the DHL website as an authorized shipper and they have a DHL account. But it is really not the best place to ship DHL.
The reason I'm giving three stars is: I asked for a quote over the phone about DHL and they noted it would be about the same price as UPS (ie ""a couple hundred dollars."") I understand they were trying to help and it's a phone quote, but it would have been better for them to say ""You would have to go to a DHL store because we don't do much DHL shipping from here."" Giving me a quote gave me the impression that they deal with DHL.
When I went to the store, they were not able to give me a price for DHL shipping, but they were able to give me a price for UPS ($230).
I went to a different store listed as a DHL dealer (ie one with a yellow/red DHL sign in the window), and I shipped my package for $161.
Overall, I'm not sure why this location is listed as a DHL shipper. They may have an account, but they are not equipped to give you a quote at the store of the UPS versus DHL price. I think it would be better for them to not list themselves as an authorized DHL shipper on DHL's website and to not estimate DHL prices over the phone.
If it were just listed as UPS and USPS, then I wouldn't have been confused, I wouldn't have asked them advice about DHL, and they would probably be getting five stars.
