My husband and i called to have our flat screen tv repaired and Randy came out to pick it up. He was nice enough and very quick to take care of things. I received a messag from him that the TV was done and called him back 2 minutes later. Mike (apparently the owner) answered the phone and started raising his voice telling me that Randy already left and theres nothing he could do about it. I asked him why he was being rude to me and then he started YELLING at me telling me he wasnt being rude ( contradiction of the year). I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the owner. He continued to yell at me explaining he wasnt being rude and finally called Randy to see if he could drop off the tv. I have no idea where this came from.I am a very polite person and did nothing to provoke this behavior. Because our TV is under warranty and we didnt really have a say in who fixed it, i cant really do anything except put this story out there in hopes that others will read it and think twice about working with this idiot.
Pros: tv fixed in some what timely manner
Cons: horrible manners/customer service
