AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! I would give them 0 stars but the rating system will not allow less than 1! The people there are the most rude and unaccommodating in the industry. They towed a vehicle of mine and not only overcharged from what they originally quoted but would not release the vehicle unless I paid more money! I had to call another towing company to bring the vehicle to where they were supposed to bring it in the first place! I would not recommend them for any service they offer. Their ethics might as well be non-existent! They are nothing more than a bunch of SCAM artists as far as I'm concerned and will never see another dime from me or anyone I know. I would rather pay for a friend's tow out of my own pocket then let Family Garage Auto Body tow one of their vehicles for free! If you are looking for a reputable towing company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are many other companies that offer great towing services at reasonable prices but Family Garage Auto Body is NOT one of them!
Pros: None! Stay Away!!! Will NEVER do busisness with again!
Cons: Poor Service, Over-Charged, Uncooperative! It's one big CON!
