I had gone here to get my bridesmaids dress tailored. It appears that the dresses that she tailored were late. As well as getting the sashes hemmed for the bride. My cousin drove a half hour each way to not have anything ready as promised. She then said that they could get them ready in an hour. Here is where it gets worse. I flew in from California to be the maid of honor in my cousins wedding. I tried the dress on before the ceremony and it DID NOT FIT AT ALL!!! The back would not even zip up half way. Someone had to spend 20 minutes trying to make it work so I could walk down the aisle for my cousin! My dress needed to be made into a V in the back since it was taken in way too much. Then the chest area had to be taken in quite a bit and was not. All during the ceremony and reception I kept pulling up my dress and sticking out my stomach so my dress would not fall down around my bust! She apparently used someone else’s measurements on the $200 that I bought. My cousin and aunt called Maria and she did not take any responsibility for it. She told them that she did nothing wrong and that I gained weight. OK… I would have had to gain like 30 lbs and 2 cup sizes in a month, when I actually lost 6. I get that things happen and mistakes are made, the fact that she argued with my family and said it was not her fault. I left her a message to have her call me and I would like her to refund me the full amount and fix it, I have yet to get a reply from her. This is a dress that I will never be able to wear again due to her mistake and very poor customer service and taking no responsibilities for her actions. She has already lost customers due to this since 200 people had seen what happened to my dress.
