Review content:
We ordered Corn beef and cabbage. It was sadly disappointing, to see a 10oz pile of ?thinly-shaved? corn beef that appeared to have been ?re-heated? offered up as my meal. I tried a couple of bites, and true to my expectations, you could have done better in buying a package of ?shaved corn beef? from the lunch meat section, in a grocery store. The corn beef was far from tender and had more of a texture similar to ?chewing rubber?.\r \r The Manager, Adam, suggested that I select another item from the menu. At this point, I did not see that happening. My wife worked her way through her meal. She ate the cabbage and left half of the corn beef on her plate. For our trouble, inconvenience, and disappointment, Adam deducted the cost of my meal from the ticket. In my opinion, that was a minimalist effort. There was no further attempt to rectify the situation. So based on the poor food quality, and the poor customer service from the manager, I have serious doubts about ever again visiting or recommending Galway Irish Pub. It was clear to me that they were more concerned about keeping my money than keeping my future business!\r \r If you want a real ?Irish Dinner? and a great plate of corn beef, go to Ri Ra?s in downtown Charlotte!\r You won?t be disappointed there! Pros: Our server, Laurel was awesome! Cons: The corn beef was a sad disappointment as was the manager's customer service!
