Review content:
I strongly wood NOT recommend working with this company. I found that the contractor (Anthony) from Home insulation was dishonest. My single family home does not have an attic over the addition and the garage but he included in the price close to 1000 sf. I had other contractors came out to confirm my findings. When I confronted Anthony he came with an unusual response stating that it was just an estimate. ServiceMagic highly recommended this company, so I decided to give him another shot. So we spoke over the phone and came with the price agreement. The date was set and I insisted that he sent a revised estimate before I could give him the 50% down payment to start the job. He kept delaying with the emails after my several phone calls. I then finally received with the price higher than the agreement when we spoke on the phone. Although it was not much ($89), but I found his business practice was very dishonest. I told him to cancel the whole thing. First I was charged for something that don't exist (the garage and the addition attic) and second was a change in the price agreement the night before he came out to collect the 50% down payment. I would strongly recommend NOT going with this company. It was a bad experience to work with a dishonest contractor like Anthony...We all is vulnerable homeowner with little knowledge about this home improvement. So working with a contractor or a company like VA Home Insulation did surely give me lots of headache.\r
