I called to cancel a year ago after we had 5 feet of water in our house from the Nashville flood. The person I talked to said she understood and wouldn't be a problem. A few months later they started showing up and treating my house. I kept sending them away telling them I cancelled. I started receiving bills saying I owed for the services performed. I emailed the owner and he said I didn't cancel. Now I just got a bill for $340 from a collection agency. If you are looking for pest control, go with terminix. They will let you cancel anytime for no charge and will treat your house half as much. Frontline is not part of the Better Business Bureau so I have no idea who to go to to complain and try to get this resolved.
