My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost a year now. We had discovered that she was being neglected at her previous daycare and I was ready to quit my job and stay home.(although that wasn't a realistic option) She started at Friends and from day one, she never threw a tantrum or clung on to me screaming like she did at the other. She talks about her teachers all of the time, is always bringing me home ""works of art"", and has learned so much. The Director is great and has given me alot of good ideas for different situations (potty training, bedtime issues,etc) If I had a con I would say ,that due to a large staff that I believe works in shifts, sometimes information doesn't get passed on from one to another. However, I would rather have too many people watching my child than not enough. So I give them 4 1/2 stars!
Pros: Great with the kids, keeps them busy, clean, good staff
Cons: large staff causes some lack of communication
