Horrible! Absolute thieves and liars!!! I never heard of them but only because my emergency roadside assistance contacted these guys to tow my stalled car. They take advantage of your vulnerable situation of being stranded. They will charge you whatever they want and claim that they called the dealership to get the best price available for you. What are you supposed to say? I'll take my stalled car and go do some price comparison? This is the only indy shop i've dealt with that actually charges more than the dealership (and that's by a mile too!). Then they will lie about it and say that no one at the shop ever got the quote from the dealership and calls me a liar! I would only have known this because I felt really cheated and ended up calling the dealership myself. I wonder how many more people have been cheated by these dishonest thugs! Only if I've seen these sites first :(
