Businiess name:  Auto Glass Techs

Review content:
A week ago, 26.Feb., the Auto Glass Techs of Delray Beach changed my car's windshield (Order # 3835). They quoted total price $186 and agreed with VISA payment. However, when the work was completed, the bill was $296 because their quoted total price did not include labor and adhesive. They requested cash because their VISA machine was down. They threatened that if they did not get the cash, they would remove the glass. Soon after their technician left, the glass moulding got loose. I drove to their address in Delray Beach but could not find their office there. After calling them they promised that technician would come to fix it the following day. When nobody came I called again and was told that there would be a couple of days delay. Again, nobody came. When I called and complained about delays, I was asked how loose was the moulding. I said that I could put my fingers under it. The person answering the phone became rude and condescending. He told me that I should not poke my fingers under the moulding, which I had not done, and that they would not come to repair it. He refused to pay for the repair if it is done by another company. I have never encountered such an unprofessional behavior by any company I have dealt with. \r
