I chose to go to Lett?s Bridal because it is a local store, not a chain like David?s Bridal. I went to purchase a single order Bridesmaid dress. I received great customer service when I went into look at and purchase the dress. I did pay extra for expedited delivery as well. I was given a delivery date of two weeks ago when I was in the store. Two weeks ago came and went and I still had no dress. I called and I was informed that it wasn?t to be shipped out until a week ago. Still I have no dress. I called three more times and got a different ship date every time. Now, the wedding is two days away and I?ve been calling them for over an hour and no one is picking up. I am so disappointed with their service. I will make sure to not ever recommend them to anyone I know, in addition to leaving my comments on bridal websites. If I don?t get my dress and they don?t give me back my deposit, I will be issuing a complaint the AG's Office and any other reliable outlets. Please don?t stress yourself out by using this shop.
