I ordered a dress, paid extra for the hallow to hem so that I would not have to make any alterations once I received the dress and when I received the dress, it was TOO SHORT! I usually wear four inch heels now I have to find two inch heels. What could I do, my wedding was less than 3 months away (not enough time for me to order a new dress), so I paid my balance and left very upset and unhappy. The people did not apologize for their mistake and even went as far as to say there was no mistake. I tried the dress on with my shoes and the seamstress and sales lady said that it looked perfect. They were trying to convince me - but my dress being two inches off the ground is NOT PERFECT!\r

My wedding is now two weeks away and finding a nice shoe with at most a 2 inch heel has been very difficult. I am VERY unhappy with this bridal shop. They may possibly give you decent service when you go in to look for a dress and get your money but do not expect the same service when you have purchased it. Also, I got my dress a month later than promised.\r

If I could, I would give this shop NEGATIVE 5 stars but I am required to give it at least one star. \r
