Review content:
I rent in Albany. Included in that rent is a parking space behind my building which is NOT under contract by the Osborne Garage therefore any towing is deemed unlawful; more specifically, motor vehicle theft.\r Osborne Garage however believes they are above the law and chose to tow my car even as I chased them down the road a half a mile to save them face.- He sped up when he saw me!! BIG MISTAKE.\r Upon arriving at the garage and requesting that my car be released immediately, I was harassed, belittled, and laughed at while being accused of not having a parking permit (no permit necessary). To make a long story very short...they held my car in the lot prohibiting from getting it before paying a $135 recovery fee. ""No money, no car,"" Joe Gimundo Jr. snickered, ""Cash or Credit"". I tried to reason with this for lack of a better word, d o u c h e b a g, but he told me that he ""doesn't work for free,"" regardless of whether or not he legitimately stole my car in the first place. I refused to pay as he got into his tow truck smirking and attempted to drive away (he was the only person staffing).. If i wanted my car, I had to pay and it was already 1am. I paid the money, I had work at 6am. Frustrated, I went to bed swearing that I would get a refund and an apology. This truly was unfair and brutal.
