I've lived in NY, Florida, Vermont, and now MA. I have a lot of good friends in the business, some of which own their own salons. I am not snotty, or snobby. I have to say out of all the salons I have EVER been to, this one takes the cake on WORST EVER.\r
I had an issue and was told by the Assistant Manager ""Too Bad."" I asked to speak to the Owner Martha, and was told she couldn't be given a message and would be in until Tuesday which was 3 days away. I paid A LOT of money for my services, which was a hair cut and color, and was treated horribly. The details are too long to give. All I can say is save you money, your time, and patience, and run far and fast from this salon!!!!
