When I was scheduling the move, I thought they were professional. I was wrong.
I was told that the movers would call 24 hours before to confirm, but I did not receive a call. I called them but all i got was a full voice mail box.
The movers arrived late in a rented budget truck. They worked pretty fast, but didn't disassemble my furniture like i was told they would. Which took up more space in the truck. The final price about $800 higher than the estimated price.
This was the last time I was actually able to talk to anyone from Julians. Two weeks go by, I call and write emails asking about the status of my items and no one replies back to me. Finally a lady replies back to an email and tells me to contact the dispatcher. I leave several messages to the dispatcher and no one calls me back. This went on for a week. I was really frustrated.
When my items finally arrived after about a month. My C&B chairs were broken and some of my items were missing. They did not assemble any of the furniture.
I am very upset myself for hiring Julian's. It was a big mistake.
