I called them out because my kitchen sink was backing up. $79 sounded like a good deal! When the plumber showed up he spent about 15 mins looking around and asked a few questions that a plumber should have known. After he started to tell me what the cost was going to be...$199 to run a camera...$154 to snake the drain....$74 for coming out. A grand total of $427 + tax! I told him let me think about it. Then he handed my a bill for $74... I just told him I was not paying $74 for him to look around for 15 mins when he did nothing to fix the problem. $74 for an overpriced estimate? I don't think so! I then went to Ace and bought a drain snake $14.99. I fix the problem myself in 20 mins. Grand savings $412...
