If you are considering to get a new pool or a liner go somewhere else. I did not understand the rating system at The BBB site it is rated like a school report card and Calypso Pools has an ""F"" rating that means they failed.
I made a contract with Steve Cunningham for a new liner, the contract was signed on April 06 2011 I gave him a deposit of half of the agreed price of the job $1,175.00 Mr Cunningham told me that the new liner would be installed around the 18th of April. I called him on the 21st to see the status of the lined and received his voice mail. I left a message and asked him to call me back. I then called on the 25th and no answer and his voice mail box was full. So I sent him a text message telling him to clean out his mail box and please call me. No call back. I called on the 28th and then sent him an Email, again the mail box was full. As of now [May 8 2011] I have sent him six Emails five text messages and I have called every day since and the mail box is always full. {Apparently this is his favorite dodging trick} One day I called in excess of twenty times, just to let him know that I was trying to contact him. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the LLR and tomorrow I will institute a Law Suite against him.
His prices are attractive but even if he does the job the savings are not worth the aggravation.
