I got three estimates to replace my furnace and air conditioner. The estimates were all over the board, Control Tech Heating ans Air Conditioning estimate was the highest (not by a lot) but the Design Technician was vey throughl, took the time to perform a load calculation on my home to get me exactly what I and my home needed. They wrote down the actual model numbers and the exact efficiency ratings. They simply were much more throughl than the other companies. I new exactly what I was paying for. There was no hidden cost, the other companies did not give models numbers or efficiently ratings...made unbelievable promises. Bottom line if you look at the price and nothing else Control Tech may seem higher...but two years later I have totally loved my new system, the company has been amazing to work with. They will deliver on their promises and I know in the long run I got the best price ever. I got more than my monies worth. If you are looking to replace your furnace or air conditioner give Control Tech a call, do just look at the price but look at the value for what you get and trust me if you chose this company you will be totally satisfied and this will be a purchase that you will be glad you made.
