I purchased a bike for my son as he is enrolled in SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design). This bike was purchased Friday September 9th. Unfortunately I live in Bermuda and have not been able to find the invoice but I do have a picture of him riding the bike outside in the parking lot. His first day of school was September 12th and riding the bike for the first time. As he was riding the bike the chain dropped off. He then walked the bike to classes as he ended up late and after class took it to a bike store and they told him something was wrong with the gears and they would try to fix it. He picked up the bike Saturday, tried to ride today and the chain fell off again. I would like to know how you can assist as he has no transportation to get to Kmart and I think it is ridiculous he is having all of these problems with a brand new bike. Could you please assist or advise who I can contact regarding this as I am in Bermuda and he is in Savannah living on campus.
